The solution to any problems is in its correct diagnostics
Diagnostics
In the design and development of high class cars, every manufacturer aims for a long life of every component and every system. It’s no secret that TOP limousines don’t “save” as they do with lower class cars. No matter how good they are, there are times when adaptive/air suspensions fail. Often the cause of failure of one component is due to another. For example, the most common cause of an airspring problem on most models is a damaged (leaking) shock absorber whose hydraulic oil damages the rubber sleeve. In other cases, the air compressor is damaged due to a slightly yielding air spring (frequent pumping) or it is full of junk due to faulty filters. In any case, the correct diagnosis of the problem is of utmost importance. Otherwise, you often end up with unnecessary repairs or repairing the damaged part without removing the cause of the damage. If the root cause of a problem is not identified and corrected soon, failure will re-occur.
At AirTec a highly qualified team of experts, equipped at a dealer’s level, will welcome you. Using the test benches we have, we can identify any problem connected with your adaptive suspension.
Electronic calibration and adjustments
All modern adaptive suspensions are controlled by an electronic module (computer). It determines the behavior and functionality of the suspension. Very often it is necessary to make certain settings (calibration) of the electronic module. With the calibration, the base height of the car is set. The car’s computer uses the data set during the calibration as a starting point to determine suspension performance. Without proper electronics setup, the suspension does not function properly, even though everything may be mechanically sound.
AirTec offers calibration of the suspension of your car. Expediently, accurately, no trouble!
