Important Information Before Shipping Your Component
This page is intended to help you properly prepare your shock absorber or suspension component before sending it to AirTec.
Following the instructions below helps prevent damage, delays, and misunderstandings.
1️⃣ Check Before Shipping
Before sending any component to AirTec, please make sure that:

the component is original OEM;
-
the component has NOT been opened or repaired by another company;
-
the component is defective / non-functional and intended for repair;
-
the component is complete, with no missing parts, connectors, or fittings.
⚠️ Aftermarket parts, replicas, or components previously repaired by third parties may not be accepted for repair.
2️⃣ Packaging Requirements – IMPORTANT
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all parts are properly and safely packaged.
Packaging requirements:

strong, rigid cardboard box;
-
sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, foam, etc.);
-
the component must be securely fixed and must not move inside the box;
-
sensitive areas (ports, connectors, valves) must be well protected.
⚠️ Due to the high volume of incoming shipments, AirTec may accept a damaged parcel without filing a claim with the courier.
In such cases, AirTec is NOT responsible for transport-related damage.
3️⃣ Cleaning and Preparation
Before shipping:

the component should be drained of fluids, as much as possible;
-
there must be no active leaks;
-
the component should be free from heavy dirt or contamination that could affect other shipments or the workshop environment.
4️⃣ Shipment Identification – Contact Details
⚠️ Due to GDPR regulations, courier companies often hide the sender’s phone number.
For this reason, we strongly recommend placing a note inside the package containing:

full name or company name;
-
phone number;
-
email address;
-
if available – order number or a short description of the issue.
This significantly improves communication and processing speed.
5️⃣ What NOT to Send
Please do NOT send:
-
aftermarket parts, copies, or replicas;
-
components previously repaired by other workshops;
-
parts that AirTec has already informed you cannot be repaired;
-
unrelated parts or accessories.
6️⃣ Responsibility & Risk

Transport risk remains entirely with the customer;

AirTec is not responsible for damage caused by:
-
improper or insufficient packaging;
-
incorrect courier selection;
-
mechanical impacts during transport.

Sending a component to AirTec constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
7️⃣ Shipping Address
Before sending your shipment, please carefully review the following:
📦 Shipping with Speedy – Bulgaria
Shipments may be sent to the Speedy office in the town of Godech.
ℹ️ Important:

There is only one Speedy office in Godech;
-
Shipments to any other office in the town are not possible;
-
Other courier companies do not have offices in Godech.

For all international shipments (EU / Non-EU / USA), the recipient MUST be the COMPANY, NOT a private individual.

customs clearance issues or refusal.
