AirTec provides professional OEM suspension repair services for customers from the European Union and outside the EU (including the USA).
Procedures vary depending on the region. Please read the information below carefully to ensure smooth shipping and customs clearance.
Mandatory Prior Contact – IMPORTANT
For all international shipments, customers are REQUIRED to contact AirTec in advance
by phone or email, before sending any parts.
This is necessary to:

confirm the correct shipping address and recipient;

provide instructions for customs documentation;

avoid delays, returned shipments, or customs-related issues.

EU Customers
For customers within the European Union, the process is the simplest:

✔ Free movement of goods within the EU
Process:

The customer ships the component to AirTec

We perform OEM shock absorber repair or Exchange Service

The component is returned to the customer
Shipping: DHL or other courier
Payment: bank transfer / PayPal
Lead times: standard EU timelines
Non-EU Customers – Repair & Return
(including the USA)
For all customers outside the European Union, including the United States, shipments are handled under the
Repair & Return procedure (temporary export for repair).
Key principles:

AirTec provides all necessary guidance; however:

the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and local charges, if applicable.
Shipping: primarily DHL
Payment: bank transfer / PayPal
Lead times: depend on customs processing
